How to make warm umeshu
Making warm umeshu is very simple. All you need is some hot water and some umeshu. We recommend you follow a ratio of 1:1 or 3:2 for umeshu to hot water, though you can change this as per your preference.
Take the requisite amount of hot water at about 70 degrees Celsius and slowly add your umeshu to it. Pour slowly using a spoon or a rod to avoid splashes. Avoid using too hot water as this would burn out the alcohol and could also tamper with the flavor of the umeshu. Water at 70 degrees Celsius works out fine for making your warm umeshu.
Once you have poured in the umeshu, gently stir it. Your warm umeshu is ready!
Always add umeshu to the hot water and not vice-versa to ensure proper mixing and minimize the temperature shock to the umeshu.
