Easy Umeshu Party Tips

Many people who are weak drinkers or who do not usually drink alcohol say they can drink umeshu.Umeshu and fruit wine are often drunk straight, on the rocks, or with soda or water to best express the flavor.

2 arranged recipes for Umeshu with milk

  • Rich taste. Plum wine with milk
  1. Pour  plum wine and milk in a 1:5 ratio into a glass.
  2. stir with a muddler to combine.
  • Warms you up. Umeshu with hot milk
  1. pour 1:5 ratio of plum wine and milk into a heatproof cup and stir to combine.
  2. heat in a 500W microwave oven for 1 to 1.5 minutes.

 

2 slightly different ways of splitting Umeshu 

  •  Umeshu with tea
  1. fill a glass with ice and pour plum wine and tea in a 1:5 ratio.
  2. stir with a muddler and it is ready to drink.

If you prefer to drink your plum wine warm, make it with hot tea or hot green tea using a heat proof cup.

  • Umeshu with orange juice
  1. fill a glass with ice and pour Umeshu and orange juice in a 1:1 ratio.

Stir with a muddler to complete the mixture.

 

 Unlike sake or wine, however, the appeal of Umeshu is that it can be drunk in a variety of ways. Umeshu is not particular about how they are drunk, and can be drunk as desired, depending on the drinker, and have a high degree of freedom in how they are drunk. It can be mixed with juice or tea, and the thickness of the alcohol can be changed according to the drinker’s preference. 

 The wide range of individuality of plum wine and fruit wine itself is also appealing, and even when drunk in the same way, each alcoholic beverage has its own unique flavor!Umeshu, as the name suggests, is an alcoholic beverage made from plums, which are harvested in June and soaked in distilled liquors such as white liquor, shochu, and brandy.Umeshu has a sweet, fruity flavor and refreshing aroma.
