Peel each fruit of your choice, like lemon, orange and apple, and cut into thin slices of easy-to-eat size. Add the cut fruit and Umeshu. Mash the fruit and press out the juice.

Combining wine made from grapes with Umeshu can also create cocktails with a rich fruit flavor. Pour a 1:2 ratio of Umeshu and wine into a glass and stir gently.

Unlike mixing plum wine with water or tea, fruit Umeshu has a more refreshing taste. Each fruit has a different taste, oranges with sourness, apples with sweetness, and lemons with tartness.
